Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

GRIEVE losses

GRIEVE losses

WORKBOOKS:

SEPERATE WORKBOOK on GRIEF.

WORKSHEETS:

when you say something and you find yourself choking back tears it’s because you need to cry it out.

treat yourself to a cry.

avoiding having a cry about a thing will fuel overthinking about other things later.

something else I can see in VIBEOLOGY and my own experience is how to keep your memories sorted out. like after a hard time sometimes we go “everything about that person was the worst ever”. but reality is some of those memories were LOVE or JOY and idk if we’re not putting those things in the wrong categories when we don’t GRIEVE correctly.

consider: What to do with letters when you’re done?

this worksheet is not made by Kyley Diamond. I found it online, the website is broken. added to give structure to MEMORY BOX idea if you need the prompts.

during which stage of GRIEF are you the hardest to be around? and who deals with you anyway?
ngl I’m pretty scary in a few of these places. like how far will go you to avoid your feelings? Luckily I cope with Bargaining. no wait.

HERBAL HELPERS:

essential oil roller to release GRIEF

bath sachets with herbs to move GRIEF

((please note I’m aware of my bad photoshop job. I think I am cute enough to get away with it. I image search products and roughly put labels on, they are not the products that will soon exist))

CONSIDER: drugs! the earth has provided so many friends to help us with our brains. there’s new scientific research or tens of thousands of years of human practice for using certain plants to help us if we get stuck in any of the stages of GRIEF.
(((ps I like saying “drugs” because it makes people uncomfortable but obvs they are medicines. please take reasonable doses with people who can support you.)))

SOMATICS:

GUIDED MEDITATION, SOUND HEALING:

SOUND HEALING - Lungs Energetic Relief! Release Sadness and GRIEF Imprints from your Lungs

MUSIC: Albums that helped you through the GRIEVING process
((one that jumps out to me is Sea Change by Beck, one of the saddest sounding albums that reminds me of New Zealand. there are definitely SONGS FOR GRIEVING playlists coming. music/other people’s emotional expression helps us with ours))

VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUES:

imagine GRIEF is a friend who you love. I’ve made my friend SADNESS super cute, but you could give them sad body language obvs.

RESOURCES // OTHER THOUGHTS:

on transforming ANXIETY by telling your story and making something out of it.
the more you make other people cry the less GRIEF you have to feel yourself.

VIBEOLOGY videos on RUMINATION/ OVERTHINKING

GRIEF WORKSHEETS from THERAPISTS AID. ((usually I make VIBEOLOGY worksheets inspired by books/videos/diagrams/my experiences/other peoples experiences. however, on GRIEF I felt like I was missing something, so i looked up more worksheets.
but I wasn’t missing anything it’s basically just writing down the hard thing, telling someone the hard thing, and crying a lot. remembering to eat and hydrate. so there are more worksheets for this here- some of them I have been brewing on already and appreciate the structure provided so an inspired VIBEOLOGIZED version is coming.))

GRIEF ORACLE CARDS: daily prompts to support processing GRIEF.
